A crane operator at Alcoa with 39 yrs service, retiring in 1969. A WWII vet serving as an ambulance driver from July 1943 to March 1946 with the 239th General Hospital. Protestant. Survivors: wife of 46 years, Eleanor Shrader Oliver, son James L of Culloden WV, grandson, sister Minnie Korzon of Lower Burrell, Elizabeth Zeiler of New Kensington, and Ida Mae Nold of Spring City. Deceased, brothers David Thomas and George. Services by Rev Mark Landfried.
